With a view to continually improve our services, we have concluded an agreement with the Macadam company to undertake the handing in procedure for lease vehicles at the end of their contract. We hope to increase further the satisfaction of our customers with this initiative.
A significant improvement in the procedure is the fact that we make it possible for each driver to be present at the creation of the collection report and so avoid any potential misunderstanding. The driver has different options for this. After the collection report has been produced by an assessor, both the driver and yourself can view this report via the website: www.fleetcar.nl/ge. The password is the licence plate of the vehicle concerned.
