If your lease car is hit by an unknown vehicle while parked, you may be able to recoup the cost of the damage from the Motor Traffic Guarantee Fund. In any event, you must make a statement to the police immediately.
There must also be a testimony from at least one witness. In certain situations it is possible for relatives to testify.
