From 14 May coming there will be a split between the departments Customer Services and Commercial Support. With this split, drivers and fleet owners can directly contact the specialized department for their questions or requests:
- Customer Services is the first contact for drivers after the delivery of their vehicle. Drivers can contact Customer Services if they have questions, for example about changing tyres or reporting damage. The department Customer Services is accessible on phone number 073 - 6407333 or customerservices.nl@ge.com.
- Commercial Support and the Account Manager will be the first contact for fleet owners. For example, they can contact Commercial Support if they need advice about their fleet, tender applications and orders.
The drivers will be informed about this change in the June-issue of the Streetwise magazine.
