This unique, optional service allows clients actually to outsource all activities relating to the fleet. This goes significantly further than has so far been customary in the Netherlands. In Fleet Coordination, the communications with drivers relating to the vehicle arrangements, replacements, proposals and accessories are fully taken over. In addition, we directly call the driver’s attention to his or her driving behaviour, fuel consumption and damage history. In exceptional cases and after an agreed period, the client can also be informed about it and possibly take measures.
A special team of staff answers all questions and solves problems that, generally speaking, remain internal.
